I’m passionate about coaching & providing guidance on nutrition, healthy lifestyle, behavior change and forming new helpful habits . I strongly believe even small tweaks to our daily routine can significantly improve our health and quality of life. My goal is to help to create a sustainable and long-lasting healthy way of living.
My personal health journey and curiosity in finding answers to my own symptoms led me onto completing a degree in Nutritional Therapy almost 10 years ago now. In my practice, I’ve been mainly using an evidence based approach and taking into consideration the key pillars of our health:

All of the above equally contributes to our physical health and emotional wellness, therefore recognizing and addressing areas for improvement can have a positive snowball effect on energy levels, mood, brain functions, digestion, PMS, peri-menopause symptoms, weight, and fitness. Furthermore, the importance of a healthy lifestyle in disease prevention and slow aging is well established.
In the past five years I’ve been predominantly working with clients who are at increased risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes, also known as prediabetes. I’ve seen significant improvements resulting in hundreds of success stories by simply introducing easily achievable goals, and gradually working on changing daily habits and behavior.
